The JY-DX40 is a high-precision skid-mounted purification system specifically designed for the diesel supply chain (storage, transfer, and refueling). The JY-DX40 is an ideal solution for addressing excessive particulate matter, free water ingress, and oxidative gum deposition that occur during diesel transfer. It effectively intercepts micron-level particulate impurities, deeply captures soft colloidal sludge, and efficiently separates free water.

The system core integrates 8 sets of JINGYUAN® high-molecular rigid composite membrane assemblies, offering selectable filtration precision of 2 / 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 µm and a rated flow rate of up to 40 m³/h.

Its surface layer can achieve absolute interception of 2-20µm particles; while the deep, labyrinthine pores effectively remove oxidative gum and soft oil sludge from the diesel through physical adsorption. This deep purification architecture ensures that the output fuel maintains extremely high clarity even under complex fuel source conditions.

2. Gas Pulse Backwash Technology: Driving a 60% Reduction in TCO

The system completely eliminates the high replacement cost associated with traditional fiberglass filter elements. The JY-DX40 supports online gas pulse-assisted backwashing. When the system monitors that the differential pressure reaches a set value, it introduces nitrogen or compressed air for an instantaneous impact, stripping and discharging the filter cake within 3 seconds. The core membrane module is designed for a lifespan of over 3 years, which greatly reduces subsequent expenses for consumables procurement and hazardous waste disposal.
