JY-T32 Compact Non-Powered Fuel Purification Unit
The JY-T32 is a compact, non-powered precision filtering module specifically designed for use with construction machinery and generator sets. Its applications include OEM integration for construction machinery, diesel generator sets, small refueling machines, and industrial burners.
The JY-T32 is highly effective in resolving high-pressure common rail (HPCR) system seizure and injector wear caused by the use of inferior diesel fuel. It can effectively utilize the existing pipeline fluid pressure to achieve deep filtration, intercept micro-suspended particles, and act as the “last line of defense” before the terminal equipment to ensure fuel purity.
The system features a dual-stage series (coarse filter + precision filter) architecture, offering customizable filtration accuracy from 2 ~ 20 µm. It supports a rated flow rate of up to 40 L/min at an operating pressure of 0.2 ~ 0.4 MPa.
