JY-G100 is specially designed for filtering industrial oil products. It can be used to filter new oil, pump the oil stored in the oil tank to the system oil tank, purify the oil in use, and improve the oil in the existing system. Liquid filtration performance, can be used for the purification and fine filtration of hydraulic oil, gear oil and lubricating oil.

1. 5000 Gs Strong Magnetic “Catcher” Pre-filtration Technology

This technology utilizes the membrane surface’s unique superhydrophobic property to block free water as the oil passes through, allowing it to settle and be discharged from the bottom. The entire process requires no heating, resulting in zero risk of thermal degradation and zero energy consumption. Coupled with its absolute-rated microporous structure, it precisely intercepts fine suspended impurities, ensuring the output oil achieves ultimate clarity.
3. Extremely Low Maintenance Cost with Regenerative Filter Elements
Unlike traditional paper or glass fiber filter elements, the JY-G100’s rigid membrane filter elements possess exceptional mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. JY-G100-W is a stainless-steel wedge-wire cartridge filter engineered for high-viscosity, high-temperature fluids contaminated with hard abrasive particles.
The unit applies a two-stage, purely mechanical scheme—“high-intensity magnetic pre-filtration + stainless-steel wedge-wire element”—with retention ratings from 25 µm to 500 µm.
Built for strength and 200 °C endurance, the stainless cartridge can be regenerated in seconds by compressed-air back-flush or mechanical brushing; a single cleaning restores the original flow, delivering ten years of service without element replacement.
