JY-A30 Heavy-Duty High Flow Rate Precision Filtration System
The JY-A30 is the Heavy-Duty Flagship System in JingYuan®’s modular precision filtration family. This system is recognized as the “Efficiency Benchmark” for large-scale oil product circulation in applications such as large oil depots, port loading/unloading terminals, and centralized oil supply systems for heavy industry. Its application areas include high-speed oil transfer (tank-to-tank), online circulation purification, and precision end-filtration for loading/unloading operations.
The JY-A30 is an ideal solution for maintaining high-precision filtration under high flow rate conditions. It effectively removes free water, deeply locks in colloids, and absolutely intercepts suspended fine particles from the oil product.
The core of the system is equipped with a 3-5mm JingYuan® Polymer Rigid Composite Membrane, offering a single-unit processing flow rate of up to Max 35 m³/h, and providing precision filtration options of 2 / 5 / 10 / 15 μm.
The JY-A30 delivers measurable benefits to customers: significantly reducing waiting times for truck loading/unloading and tank transfer operations, completely eliminating the costs associated with filter element procurement and waste disposal through a zero-consumable design, and ensuring the consistent cleanliness of bulk oil products meets standards during circulation.

1. Structural Heavy-Duty Rigid Membrane: Breaking the “Speed for Precision” Curse
Traditional filter elements are highly susceptible to physical deformation or collapse under the impact of high-velocity liquid flow at 35 m³/h, leading to impurity breakthrough or a sharp increase in resistance. The JY-A30 employs a 3-5mm thick self-supporting rigid membrane with extremely high mechanical strength. Combined with its unique low-flow-resistance rigid pore structure, the system can maintain maximum flow operation at an extremely low back pressure of <0.2 MPa, ensuring a “dialysis-grade” deep purification effect even during high-speed circulation.
2. Gas Pulse Backwash Regeneration: Driving “Zero Hazardous Waste” Green Operation
To meet the stringent cost control and environmental requirements of heavy industry, the JY-A30 discards disposable filter elements. The system supports online Gas Pulse Backwash Regeneration: when an increase in differential pressure is detected, compressed air is introduced for a reverse pulse purge, instantly peeling off the filter cake from the membrane surface and restoring the flux. This regeneration mechanism results in virtually no disposable consumption of the core filter media throughout its lifespan, saving enterprises tens of thousands of RMB annually in spare parts procurement costs.
3. 5.5 KW Industrial-Grade Power and Large-Bore Pipeline Compatibility
To ensure stability under high flow rate conditions, the system is equipped with a 5.5 KW high-performance pump set, capable of easily handling mineral-based oil products of varying viscosities. The DN80 large-diameter quick flange connection ensures seamless docking with mainstream oil tankers, storage tanks, and loading arms. By optimizing the internal fluid mechanics paths, it significantly reduces energy efficiency loss during long-distance pumping.
4. The Mobile “Purification Plant”: 3 ㎡ Compact Skid-Mounted Layout
Despite its heavy-duty performance parameters, the JY-A30 occupies a footprint of only about 3 ㎡. The integrated skid-mounted design encompasses the filtration matrix, power system, and control unit, and is equipped with standard forklift pockets and lifting points.
