To address the trend of increasingly taller turbine towers in mainstream megawatt-class wind farms, the JY-F35 main unit is equipped with a customized high-pressure pumping unit. Coupled with 100-120m of dedicated pressure-resistant reel piping, the system can directly and precisely pump high-viscosity (ISO VG 320) new oil from the ground up to the nacelle. This technology completely eliminates the primitive operation method of using a crane to hoist oil drums or manually carrying oil in smaller containers, which both ensures the safety of O&M personnel and greatly enhances vertical transportation efficiency.
2. “Up-Down Coordinated” Closed-Loop Process Ensures Ultra-Low Residual Oil Rate
The system employs a coordinated operation model of “Ground Main Unit + Nacelle Pumping Unit.” The upward link utilizes high-pressure pumping for new oil, while the downward link uses the dedicated nacelle pump unit, combined with the aid of gravity, to rapidly draw cold waste oil down to the ground-level recovery container. This deep suction technology ensures the residual old oil inside the gearbox is <3%, effectively preventing the mixing of new and old oil that leads to performance degradation.
